Club Infiniti - Making a Reservation

Once your Membership has gone through and you’ve received your full allocation of Points, booking a holiday couldn’t be simpler. That fantastic holiday is just a phone call away. Simply contact our dedicated Infiniti Reservations Line and our reservations team will handle it all. That’s everything from booking your holiday, dealing with saving and borrowing of Points, to organising your travel needs. It’s as simple as that!

Simple steps to a great holiday:

1. Pay your Annual Fee

All Infiniti Members pay an Annual Fee based on the number of Points they own. This goes towards ensuring the smooth running of the Club, from paying the staff to the maintenance and upkeep of the resorts. If you haven’t paid your Annual Fee you won’t be able to book.

2. Choose your holiday

All you have to do is decide where and when you want to go and then look up the corresponding Points value. The Points charged will vary from resort to resort so you should check on the number of Points required at the time you book. Remember, if you don't have enough Points you can always borrow more from next year.

In this website you can find details of all the Club Infiniti Resort destinations. However, you can also use your Points to book an exchange holiday outside Club Infiniti at an RCI Affiliated Resort.

Check out RCI website where you’ll have access to the RCI Resorts Directory, showing how you can use your Points to holiday in over 4000 RCI-Affiliated Resorts around the world. When you book an RCI Resort you'll be charged a transaction fee.

If you want to take advantage of great special offers such as weekend breaks and bonus holidays, you’ll find these in regular mailings, in our Member Magazine and in RCI website.

3. Make your booking

Just make one call to the dedicated Infiniti Reservation Line and everything will be taken care of. To be sure of getting priority you should call us as early as possible. That way you're most likely to get exactly what you want.

4. Pack and go

That’s it. There’s nothing more to do but go and enjoy the holidays of a lifetime.

If you have ceded your ownership week and you want to stay in your 'Home Resort' in the week and accommodation that you own, you should call us on the reservation line 17 to 18 months before the start of the week you want to book.

If you want to travel to an RCI-Affiliated Resort that doesn't use Points you can request an RCI Weeks Exchange. Each RCI Weeks Resort has a Points Value for particular weeks and accommodation types. Again, all you have to do is contact the Infiniti reservations team with your request and they will help you book. You can book up to 24 months in advance of the week requested.
