Using the reservation line
Whatever your holiday dream, whether it’s golf, skiing, scuba diving, just relaxing on the beach, or any of a thousand-and-one other activities, Infiniti makes it all possible.
All you have to do is pick a destination from one of the fantastic resorts listed in the brochure, decide when you want to go, and then look up the Points valuation for that location.
Then, simply call our reservation line and our courteous, professional staff will help with all the details.

Priority reservations
To be sure of receiving priority when making your reservations, you must book within the following time limits: Home week priority - 18 to 17 months prior.
If you have converted a fixed week of holiday ownership and would like to reserve that particular week
Home resort priority - 17 to 16 months prior.
If you have converted either a fixed or floating week and wish to holiday at your Home Resort.
Club Infiniti priority – 16 to 10 months prior to start of week.
Standard reservations – 10 months to 2 days.
RCI Points reservations – 10 months onwards.

RCI weeks reservations
You can use your Points for a holiday within the RCI weeks system. You can book up to 24 months in advance of the week requested. When you book you will be charged an appropriate number of Points (no fee for the first three years) to confirm the booking and be sent a confirmation slip direct from RCI.
Weekend or mid-week breaks
Some resorts allow you to use your Points to book weekend or mid-week breaks at certain times of the year. The percentage of Points charged will vary from resort to resort so you should check at the time of booking on the reservation line.
Late breaks
You can use your Points to take a holiday on the spur of the moment. Members making a club reservation within 45 days of travel will receive the following discounts:
All late breaks are subject to availability and discounts may vary.
And remember for the late break at Club Infiniti resorts you’ll receive an additional 15% on top of the above discounts giving you greater savings!

Cancelling a reservation
If something unforeseen happens and you have to cancel a reservation, we need to know as soon as possible. Any cancellation
will result in a reduction of points used for the cancelled reservation. This is based on a sliding scale depending onthe amount of notice given (see below).
Any transaction fees will not be refunded for cancelled reservations.

Cancelling an RCI Points Partner reservation
If Points are used to book travel or leisure services with RCI Points Partners, the standard supplier terms and conditions will apply. These will be sent to you with confirmation of your booking. (Where RCI acts as tour organiser, then the RCI Booking Conditions will also apply. These can be found on the reverse of your booking invoice.) |
If you have to cancel your booking the relevant cancellation percentage penalty will be applied to the points used for the reservation i.e. cancellation penalties will be payable in points. Where payment has been made in part points and part cash, any cancellation penalty will be taken from the points payment first. |
